The design is nice, and the easy access roof design is helpful, but it came damaged out of the box, and one part looks like they knew it was damaged and tried to fix it but just gave up and then shipped it out. Disappointed.We got this for our boy Guinea pigs, its a good size for them. Its very easy to assemble my only thing is the material used on the pull out tray. Otherwise its perfect !Overall, it’s fairly sturdy. It was a large pain to assemble. No instructions, no predrilled holes to tell you where to match it up. Had to undo and redo screws multiple times. The biggest issue is the clasp is a wooden toggle instead of the metal one in the picture and description. The slide in barrier inside also is a waste. It does not offer hardly any separation or insulation in the “den” area as shown in pictures.Very misleading.There were missing steps on the instruction, and no warranty paperwork. Slide out tray does not come out easily, and hinge placement is difficult. We used it for 2 days and it is too cramped for 2 bunnies. The overall look is nice, but not practical for what we needed.This bunny house is just "ok". I would not use it to house a larger rabbit. Its "ok" for our little guy. We also attached a small ex pen so he has more room. There was not enough room for his litter box. Definitely wouldn't recommend for outside use unless it's under cover. Materials don't seem durable enough to withstand elements or the cold. Really like the hinged roof and the ramp. Directions were easy to follow and it was easy to put together. For what I paid for it, its definitely overpricedMy rabbit ended up chewing on the wood making the bar of the cage loose. I needed something for inside the house which is why I got this one it has enough room for my rabbit but this didn't come with a covered bottom so I bought a dog tray for easy clean and for the rabbit not to scratch my floor since he also loves digging for gold. So if you have a bunny or rabbit that doesn't chew on things or want it outside then this is perfect. Not so heavy not so light.I received my item on time and with all of the pieces. The directions were easy to follow so that wasn’t a problem. However, the parts did smell weird for some reason. I can’t describe the smell, but it was a little off putting. Overall, I feel like the item cost a little more than what it’s actually worth. My bunny has already chewed up a large part of the stairs so there goes the hundred and something dollars I paid for it. It’s a cute bunny enclosure, but I don’t think it’s going to last too longer.
