Shipping was very fast and well packed. It came bundled in a bag and tape that looked like a 20lb bale of drugs floating in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Miami. That said, Everything was very well packaged up with chinese printed newspaper and strong sticky tape and bubble wrap. No weird smells or anything like that. The single page instruction sheet was adequate with a few illustrations and steps laid out. They probived a few extra screws and nuts which is always nice. It was not very hard to figure out assembly by just looking at the photos. The whole assembly took me about 15 minutes with just a Phillips screw driver needed. My Pomeranian was super excited and was laying on the bed before I even had the whole thing unboxed. Overall, I think it’s a very nice bed with nice fluffy pillows and bedsheet weight fabric. I think it was worth the price any my Pomeranian princess loves it! I went with the medium and it’s a perfect size for this little guy.
